Where do I start? I dropped in for nail and foot services. I just had a cast removed and needed a pedicure. Kevin was my technician! He was patient and delicate due to my leg still a little sore. He did such an amazing job. I will be asking for him each time I go back. But yall the owner Kim took time to cut my hair for me. She knew I was going on a trip. How nice was that of her? Basically, everyone there is so happy to help you with your needs. Love the decor as well! Thank you!Cassandra ChambersFairfield

I would never recommend this place based off the unwelcoming atmosphere, constant bad mouthing of their customers( translation apps do exist now, people) and untrained staff. I moved close by and wanted to find a place to start getting my nails done regularly last year. Ive given this place multiple chances but as a black mom of toddlers with limited free time and fun money, I'm sick of going to this place and leaving more stressed out than I came in due to the lack of skill and professionalism a few of their employees have. Ann does great! But shes usually booked and busy leaving me often to have to go with a male employee who usually smelled like cigarettes, which sucks for those of us who don't want to be suffocated with the smell of cigarette smoke while getting our nails done. But everyone has bad habits, and I could possible tolerate not being able to breathe, if he could atleast do nails. However, he can't. After he ruined my nails once, I never allowed him to do them again and he knows this. He comments on it (again, thanks translation app) and laughs in my face about it, loudly and in full view of everyone! (have you ever had a man you were paying for a service laugh in your face because he knows you have no choice but to be seen by him?...I have thanks to kims nails). At most, I'll let him start a fill or do small things but never a full fill, I'd rather wait or come back.My final straw was going in for a gel x fix on 1 finger. Noone could understand that I didn't have acrylic on and just needed a gel x put back on my thumb, they proceeded to treat me like a dummy and the appointment like an acrylic fill despite my protesting. Finally! Ann remembered she'd given me gel x and I was atleast able to get a nail fixed before leaving. I came back a day or 2 later for a full fill- they were too busy to do it, but my nails were lifting too much for me to do things I needed to do the next day so I asked to get the gel x taken off. Even this was done horribly. I just did tons of research because my nail beds are in a tremendous amount of pain, I can't even use hot water to wash my hands. This is due to their laziness- a metal dremel should never be used on a raw, weakened, acetone soaked nail beds. They should have soaked and scraped the glue off, and maybe at most used a sandpaper tool to help the acetone get thru the layers of glue....never a coarse metal dremel to shave off layers of my damaged nail bed in an effort to quickly get me out of there. Now i have weakpainful nailbeds still COVERED in glue. From my research, This is only done by nail salons that plainly dgaflyingF.Your lazy, unprofessional attitudes have earned you a life-long local hater.😘 I was recommended to go to luxenailscape by my hairstylist..so that's who I'll try next.This family run business full of racist will never get another black cent out of me. They do a good job with nails but do NOT get your hair cut here. My daughter and her friend got haircuts recently. In both cases the stylist did her own thing ignoring the instructions from the girls. In one case she simply refused to add layers and framing..tight for time? I don’t know. In my daughter’s case, she asked for a 2 inch trim on her waist length hair. Now she has layers that just pass her shoulders.

Kim’s Nails in Cordelia is amazing I’m sure all the nail people that do the nails are amazing but you have a chance to go there. The one by Costco ask for Francis & Ann they are absolutely talented.

Dr. Jeong and Dr. Cheung are so nice. They explains the process and what's going to happen very clearly. Mercedes is the best!

The doctors and staff at Fair Oaks Orthodontics are amazing. I spent about a year and a half in their care for Invisalign. These doctors are so knowledgeable and experienced and super friendly and fun. My teeth came out great. Highly Recommend!

I highly recommend Fair Oaks Ortho for their excellent service and treatment. The office is professional and clean. Over the course of more than three years with braces, I also had to visit an oral surgeon. Happy with the results! Dr. Cheung, Dr. Jeong and the staff are very experienced, and I was treated like family each visit.

BEYOND AMAZING! This team was professional, patient, and kind from day one with both our kids. They were truly so fabulous and gentle even on those tough visits when she was not a star patient. The final goodbye was so incredible and really felt like the momentous event that it was. They honored her in way that made her and us feel special. This reminded us of how awesome this substantial choice is, that we were able to give to our kiddo's. Thank you!!!!

First of all, we are a thousand percent happy and more than satisfied with the final result. And the whole experience couldn’t have been any better. Dr.Jeong and Dr.Cheung are so meticulous as well as kind and patient. The staff is amazing- so friendly and accommodating. My daughter and I were actually sad when it was all over. We would definitely recommend Fair Oaks Orthodontics to everyone. Everything was beyond perfect and we are so grateful.

Fair Oaks Orthodontics is amazing. The doctors are so warm and fuzzy! :) Importantly they connect with the kids really well. They make them feel comfortable and involved with the process. I referred over 3 families to this place and anyone who ask me, I'll always refer them here. When you get here you'll understand. Staffs are amazing and friendly. I would get braces myself here if I could! Thank you for making my kids feel comfortable.
